mrsensemakr: Sensitivity Analysis Tools for Mendelian Randomization
Implements sensitivity analysis tools for Mendelian Randomization, as discussed in Cinelli et al. (2020) <doi:10.1101/2020.10.21.347773>. Provides functions for computing sensitivity statistics, robustness values, and bias-adjusted estimates for instrumental variable analyses, along with sensitivity contour plots for visualizing the impact of potential violations of the exclusion restriction.
