MR2: Bayesian multi-response Mendelian randomisation
This package performs two-sample summary-level data Bayesian multi-response Mendelian randomisation with the selection of important exposures shared or distinct across responses. Post-processing and selection of exposures based on an in-house FDR implementation are also provided. The graphical-model Markov chain Monte Carlo engine can be accelerated with a compiled Rcpp/RcppArmadillo implementation.
